Who We Are
CaseValue.law is an advertising and lead-generation service operated by LeadVera Media. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal services. This policy explains what we collect and how we use, sell, and share it.
Information We Collect
CaseValue.law collects the information you voluntarily provide through our case valuation and offer-checker tools, including your name, email address, phone number, and your responses to case-related questions. Some responses (for example, injuries, medical treatment, medical bills, or disability) describe your physical or mental health and may be treated as 'sensitive personal information' or 'consumer health data' under state law. We also automatically collect limited technical and marketing-attribution data (e.g., IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, and advertising identifiers such as UTM parameters or click IDs).
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to: (1) calculate an estimated valuation for your case; (2) operate, secure, and improve the site; and (3) contact you about your inquiry. LeadVera Media receives your inquiry directly. We do not currently sell or transfer it to any law firm, and no law firm pays us for it. If that changes, the receiving firms will be listed at /partners before any inquiry is sent to them. We do not evaluate, rank, or vouch for the quality of any law firm, and you are never obligated to hire anyone who contacts you.
Sale or Sharing of Your Personal Information
We do not currently sell or share the personal information you submit with any law firm. We share it with service providers that help us operate the site and contact you. If we begin selling or sharing it with a law firm, the receiving firms and the date that takes effect will be published at /partners first, and under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) that transfer would be a 'sale' and/or 'sharing.' You can opt out in advance at any time using the 'Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information' link in the footer or at /do-not-sell, and we honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). Sensitive/health information is handled as described in 'Consumer Health Data' below.
Consumer Health Data
Because some questions concern your injuries or medical treatment, your answers may be 'consumer health data' under laws including the Washington My Health My Data Act, the Nevada consumer health data law, and the Connecticut Data Privacy Act. We collect this data only when you choose to provide it, use it to estimate your case and respond to your inquiry, and — where required — obtain your consent before collecting it and a separate authorization before selling it. You may withdraw consent or request deletion by contacting info@leadveramedia.com or using the /do-not-sell form.
Notice of Financial Incentive
Our valuation tools are free to use, and you pay us nothing. We do not currently sell or share the information you submit with any law firm, and no law firm pays us for it. If we begin doing so, your participation may be considered a 'financial incentive' under the CCPA/CPRA, and we will update this policy and /partners before it takes effect. You may withdraw at any time using the /do-not-sell form.
Data Storage and Security
Your information is transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption. For your convenience we retain limited progress data in your browser's local storage for up to 24 hours; we do not store your contact information in local storage. Submitted information is transmitted to LeadVera Media and to our service providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct or delete it; opt out of its sale or sharing; limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise these rights, use the 'Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information' link, visit /do-not-sell, or contact us at info@leadveramedia.com. We will verify and respond as required by applicable law.

These services collect information about your visit including pages viewed, time on site, and conversion events. None of them load until you accept cookies, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals as a standing refusal. You can manage your cookie preferences through the cookie consent banner. CaseValue.law is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
