CaseValue.law is a free tool for people who want to know what their case is worth. It is run by a marketing company, not a law firm. Being listed here and getting inquiries are two separate things. A listing never sends you an inquiry, and getting inquiries never changes a listing.

Listing terms

The short version: free, honest, and you can remove it any time.

  1. The listing is free. There is no fee, no paid placement, and nothing to buy.
  2. You confirm that what you submit is accurate and that at least one lawyer at your firm is licensed and in good standing in every state you ask us to list.
  3. We check identity and licensure before publishing. We may edit for consistency, decline a submission, or remove a listing at any time.
  4. Listings run A to Z. There is no ranking, rating, or premium position, and no way to buy one.
  5. No exclusivity. Any eligible firm may be listed in the same state and type of case.
  6. We make no promise of traffic, visibility, inquiries, or clients.
  7. A listing does not entitle a firm to receive any consumer information, case details, or inquiries, and nothing on the directory routes a consumer to you. Whether a firm receives inquiries from CaseValue.law is a separate matter under a separate written agreement and the consumer’s consent; being listed neither causes nor affects it.
  8. Linking to your listing is optional and is never a condition of being listed or of any link setting on your listing.
  9. Removal or correction on written request from a firm-domain email, within 10 business days.
  10. You indemnify LeadVera Media for claims arising from the content you submit, including advertising-rule and accuracy claims.
  11. Governing law: California, unless we tell you otherwise in writing before you submit.
  12. We may change these terms; material changes are posted with a date and emailed to listed firms.
